Booking & Events

Can you set up indoors?
Yes, we can, subject to access and space to accommodate an Iver Williams 505 horsebox. Interior locations might include a large barn or outbuilding.

Do you have a minimum booking requirement?
In order to service the needs of each and every client, we recommend letting us know what your specific requirements are, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer a site visit before my event?
Depending on your location, absolutely. In the event that we cannot due to distance, we would encourage you to send us photographs etc of the proposed venue.

Do you provide staff for the duration of the event?
Yes, we usually operate with 2 staff. In the event, your needs dictate more staff, we can accommodate you.

How far in advance should I book 'Chloe' the horse box bar?
In order to reserve your special date, we recommend that you book “Chloe” as soon you have your event dates in place.

How long does it take to set up and dismantle?
It takes approximately one hour to set up and one hour to dismantle.

What are your power requirements?
Whilst we will supply an efficient and quiet generator at events, if it is more convenient for you, we are also happy to hook up to your power supply, if available, requiring 2KV.

What areas of the UK do you cover?
Wherever you are, we will do our best to travel to you.

What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for all events and every occasion. Examples include weddings, birthdays, all kinds of private parties, and employee appreciation events.
Non-Alcoholic Wines

Are your products suitable for pregnant women?
Yes, being alcohol-free, our products are generally safe for pregnant women. We do however encourage women who are pregnant consult with their health provider if they have any questions.

Are your products vegan/gluten-free/halal?
As a general rule, yes. However, we are constantly sourcing new products. In planning your event, please check with us first so we can do our very best to accommodate your specific needs.

Can you suggest pairings for your wines?
We would be delighted to! Please reach out with your requirements for food pairings.

Do the wines taste like regular wine?
They certainly do! In some cases, even better.

Do your non-alcoholic wines contain any alcohol at all?
Some contain a maximum of 0.5%. Others are 0%.

How are non-alcoholic wines made?
Non-alcoholic wines involve a sophisticated dealcoholisation process to remove the alcohol, leaving no more than 0.5% remaining. With our objective to serve high quality dealcoholized wines, we are very discerning regarding sourcing the very best available.

What types of non-alcoholic wines do you offer?
We offer a full range of non-alcoholic wines. They include: white sparkling, red sparkling (Lambrusco), white still, red still, rose still.

Do you have any season?
We offer our services 12 months of the year.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5,000,000.

What deposit do you require to secure a booking?
We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

What payment methods do you accept?
BACS, Visa, Mastercard.

When is the final balance due?
1 month before the event.

Can we sample your products before the event?
Yes, of course. We would be delighted to work with you throughout your planning.

Can you provide additional beverages beyond non-alcoholic wines?
Yes. In addition to wines, our drinks selections include, spirits alternatives, fresh bottled fruit nectars, mixers, cocktail alternatives, aperitifs.

Do you offer any food options or canapé pairings?
We outsource the supply of food/canape pairings. Just let us know your requirements and we can take care of the rest.

Do you provide glassware?
Yes, we do. Once you have finalised the numbers of guests, we will ensure the appropriate quantity of glassware.

What does your standard package include?
Our packages are bespoke to meet the exacting preferences of our clients.

Can you supply for retail/restaurants/hotels?
Yes, we can.

Do you offer a price list for trade customers?
Yes, upon request.

Do you offer tasting sessions for trade customers?
Yes, we do. We offer our Trade Tastings sessions to enable our trade customers to sample our product offerings.
